I am more than 24 years experienced legal professional and have been working as internal counsel in telco, regulatory sector and then working for well recognised law firms as DLA Piper, Bird & Bird, DZP, K&L Gates as a head of Telecoms Media & Technology PG. I have been working on many different M&A projects, transactions and I am negotiating a lot and advising on data privacy, AI, cloud, big data, IT, e-commerce, consumers, ESG, and competitions matters, intellectual property law, AML, working for  media, broadcasting, banking, energy, telco, IT, e-commerce, technology, health, food and other sectors. I love what I am doing being a lawyer.

From the other side I have extensive scientific experiences, gained my Ph.D. in 2007 worked at University as a teacher 6 years and providing many lecturers for students but at the same time working at law firm and advised to business. I love that mixture of these experiences. I even have been trying to get the title that is between Ph.D and Professor in Poland, however without success so far.

I have exploring in many ways how to gain and achieve what I want to and I am dreaming big, want to be present and focused. I have learned from my failures and very much appreciate my successes. I thought to share my experiences, knowledge and positive emotions and power, guide you and coach and also I am constantly develop myself.
